[MCPE-86274] Pigmen still spawn after 1.16 nether update

After updating to the 1.16 nether update on June 23 2020 I still have zombie pigmen spawning in my nether instead of zombified Piglins. While in the creative menu the Zombie pigmen spawn egg is no longer there but instead the zombified Piglin spawn egg is available however it will not spawn anything when I use the item on the ground no matter what biome or dimension I might be in. In the screenshot attached you can see a piglin standing next to the old style zombie pigmen (Which spawned in the nether) instead of a Zombified piglin

Are you using any texture packs? If so, does disabling them fix the issue?

Yes I was. I hadn’t even considered it but That fixed the problem thanks a lot!

With that, we know the issue is Zombie Pigmen spawning instead of Zombified Piglins in texture packs (they're actually the same mob, but they changed their texture and name, and certain mechanics, but apparently this doesn't apply to certain texture packs).
