First person pointer is not showing and neither are the item slots

When I was going to play minecraft in June 21, the pointer, which usually is in the middle of the screen when in first person, was not showing, and neither were the item slots, health bar, or hunger bar. I tried restarting the game, but nothing changed. I also tried restarting the PC, but still nothing changed. I waited until a few days later, but it will not show anything except my inventory, blocks, items, mobs, and my body when in third person, and I thought the 1.16 update would help, but it did not. Can you please fix the bug?
