Hi! When I enter the nether on point A or B it teleports me to point C which is in the nether but when I go back to the overworld, it teleports me to Point D.

This is no bug, this is a feature....

How could it be a feature? The nether portal should only bring you from point 1 to point 2 and the other way around.

It's not a bug. It's happening because the portals may be too close to each other. There should be a specific amount of distance between two portals in Nether and two portals in overworld.

If you want to learn how to correctly link portals which are closer than the required distance then you can watch tutorials on YouTube. There are many good tutorials for it on YouTube, who will also explain you why this incorrect linking happens and also teach you how to link it correctly.

We're tracking this issue as MCPE-39609 which has been resolved as "Working as Intended", this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
There are some intricacies to portal linking that can sometimes be misinterpreted as a bug. The mod team here as well as Mojang have done significant testing based on the reports that have been made and are unable to reproduce unexpected behaviour.
