Taking random damage

Seems like the exact same thing that has been happening to a friend of mine.

It has been resolved for quite a time, how, no idea as it seemed fixed with 1.15.2

I submitted it before and the glitch returned right this day.

So I assume this bug report is probably a duplicate from the one I posted.

The server is still the exact same as in my post just a Vanilla server without spigot and all those things and my friend has been taking damage even right now as we speak.

This time however I was finally in time, right then and there to record the bug in plain sight.

To prevent my friend from dying made sure (and still making sure) she's kept up to health.

I'll also leave a screenshot of her taking damage, currently she's afk and unaware she's being glitchy.

In my original post I wasn't in time to record it to show off unfortunately as we were at seperate places, luckily this time I managed to catch it as we were in the same building.

I hope something can be found out what is causing it.

Its exactly like that for me too, it started to happen right after 1.16. My first thought was if its some kind of afk penalty?

I just noticed I posted mine right now on the wrong platform and code base (my bad, I goofed up there)

It is still interesting to me to see that this isn't just Java on PC to be affected, Bedrock on Xbox as well.

Don't think it is a penalty for afk as nobody else currently on the server has problems with it, it's just her.

And once or twice before I remember even while riding a horse it did happen to me and never again.

At least I hope I've provided more information so OcelotOnesie or another moderator can help.

If it happens again to her I will have to reopen my own from Java, if you have additional information about your server /singleplayer whether it is modded or not, this is important to know since bugs /glitches can come from a 3rd party tool if Bedrock has any.

At least we've a visualization of what the bug looks like, a step in the right direction.
