I found a bug where you can bypass the border block with an Enderpearl.
Normally, you cannot go through the border block if you don't have Operator rights or you are in survival mode.
I found out you CAN get through using only an Enderpearl / Chorus Fruit / Pistons / Minecarts / Boats.
You can even get through this border + one additional block (as you can see in my video[sorry for bad quality, I had to reduce it because of the 10MByte upload maximum]).
I hope this will be fixed in a new update...
How I found it:
I wanted to make a building project.
Every builder has a specific space to build.
They are in creative mode so that they can build what they want.
So that no one can grief I had the idea of using border blocks.
It worked fine until one of them found out that he could use Enderpearls to bypass my grief protection.
He placed a bunch of TNT, used fire, ... Yeah...
