Me and alot of other people cant upload skins to custom and instead get the message "Thats Isent a skin silly" Even though it is!

Me and my friend Jeramy are having the same problem that we can't get custom skins cause it say's "that's not a minecraft skin silly" and both me and my friend have an iPod 4th generation.
If you have this issue, please go to #browse/MCPE-8752 to help consolidate the issue to one topic. Besides, a mod is already there.
I am going to list this as a duplicate even know this was listed first because the other one has the others linked to it.
