Fire animation frozen

When I got in my world, the animation for fire was frozen. At the same time, my sister on her iPod 4 looked at it and the fire was fine. This is on version 0.11.1 but the "affects versions" section won't let me put that.

Make sure you have animated water turned on...the fire animation freezes when it is turned off
