Crafting recipe doesn’t update when cursor moves on PS4

Since the latest Nether update, the crafting table crafting recipes stopped updating when I move the cursor around the recipe book. It only updates after I actually craft the update. This makes it impossible to know what is needed for recipes that I can’t yet craft.

by the way, even if you fixed this, the crafting menu always had a glitch. There was no way to actually move my cursor over the ingredients of a crafting recipe to see what they actually are. I always had to hunt for them by their icon. I thought this was by design until I played on iOS and realized I could identify the ingredients. It’d be nice if that was fixed too.

MCPE-79725 says that the recipe doesn't show up if the ingredients are missing. In my experience, they don't show up at all until you actually craft the recipe, whether or not you have the ingredients.

On iOS I didn't have this issue. I tap once to bring up the recipe, then tap the item in the crafting interface to actually craft it. I liked this implementation because it created the opportunity to inspect the ingredients, and moving the "cursor" costs nothing in a tap interface. I don't know whether it would translate well in the PS4 interface.
