I have an underwater house with an interior filled with water as well (there is a conduit nearby)
Every house has a bed. And in 1.14.60 I could sleep in mine, but now it says that the bed is obstructed. So for now I have to put my bed on the beach. Even if this was originally a bug, could you bring it back?

I was unable to sleep in a bed underwater since 1.16 released.
Tested on Realms with Xbox One, windows 10, and Switch.
Tested on new creative world on Xbox One.
I was under the effect of Conduit power and/or a Respiration III helmet, but it would still list it as 'Obstructed'
Agreed. Also cannot sleep underwater even with water breathing effect since the 1.16 release. This change was not in the changelog, so I assume this is an actual bug. Android 10 Bedrock behavior on both local and realm play. Previously had no issues sleeping in water.
Beds still not working underwater, though under conduit power effect, as well as Respiration 3. Platform: Windows 10, version: 1.16.201.
Confirmed this is still an issue in 1.16.210 on Windows 10.
Tested this using the command:
/effect @s conduit_power 9999 1 true...and then right-clicking my underwater bed shows the message "Bed is obstructed." and then nothing happens.

Confirmed this is still an issue in the latest Bedrock release 1.18.30 on iOS 15.4.1. I am once again seeing the "Bed is obstructed" message when trying to sleep underwater, at night, with conduit power applied.
Confirmed still an issue. Running Bedrock Server 1.20.51.01 on Ubuntu Linux 22.04. Shows "Bed is Obstructed" when trying to sleep underwater under the effect of conduit power.

Same here, I just created a Air lock, dig down 2 blocks the up 3 blocks then create a space for your bed 2x3 and 3 block space above the bead or you will suffocate when you wake up.
