[MCPE-8812] Redstone Blocks don't ignite TNT

The bug is simple, redstone blocks can't ignite TNT.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Get TNT and redstone blocks
2. Place them next to each other
3. The TNT won't ignite

Redstone blocks have no use yet, they are only compact storage of redstone. It's not a bug.

Redstone mechanics have not yet been added to MCPE, and redstone blocks are merely a compact form of storage, and do not serve a purpose in gameplay, as Joseph has already pointed out
