[MCPE-8813] World reopens in different location

After accepting latest update when going back into the world I'm in a different location to when i was last in. Sometimes in small cave with water. If you close and reopen then location might be different again or you have to dig your way out (up). Typically a number of blocks higher, effectively next available open space above last position.

Thanks Johnathan. I am resolving this ticket as a duplicate of the bug reported in MCPE-7037. If you have anything to add, please comment on that ticket. Feel free to vote for it too to get this bug fixed sooner than others.
