Water/Ocean render glitch

Some rendering glitches in the water and ocean started to occur at 1.16.0 and 1.16.1.

To reproduce them, I went to the levels close to the ocean (62 ~ 66) and these glitches occur, when looking at the distance. I am only reporting because they did not occur at 1.14.60, as shown in the screenshots.
