Basically, I decided to make a villager breeder in my private SMP (which runs in the official bedrock server software). Later that same day, another player contacted me (I'm the server admin) complaining his nether portal was slinking with mine. Initially I was confused, and thought it was because he was close to my portal. no. to my surprise, he was over 100 blocks away. and still kept linking with my portal. I honestly don't know why that happens.
NOTE: My portal is not a normal 2x3, bit a 5x3 (or 6x3 not sure) portal in case that matters.

We're tracking this issue as MCPE-39609 which has been resolved as "Working as Intended", this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
There are some intricacies to portal linking that can sometimes be misinterpreted as a bug. The mod team here as well as Mojang have done significant testing based on the reports that have been made and are unable to reproduce unexpected behaviour.

Is it a realm? if so, I'm not sure if its that simple, but try reloading the world or duplicating the world, which is the world settings. try using the duplicated one, it will be the exact same as your original version. (note: i'm not a dev, sorry)
