[MCPE-88279] Smithing table

The smithing table does not work for upgrading from:

Leather to iron (armor only)

Iron to gold

Gold to diamond

But it only works for diamond to netherite.

Is this a bug or is it intentional?

It only work with diamond to netherite.

The smithing table is only used for upgrading diamond to netherite.

The smithing table should be able to upgrade all tools and armors from leather to netherite
