I am placing a 5x5x1 tall bookshelves with enchantment table in the middle. which is previous version and what i read on wiki should give me level 30 enchantments. But it is only giving me level 10 enchantments

you are getting level 30 enchantments but since you dont have enough levels to enchant an item with level 30 enchants it doesnt show up
