[MCPE-88911] Attempting to place blocks at build limit spams the chat box with the build limit error

If you click on the top of a block at the build limit with your fist then a error telling you that you cannot build any higher will appear but if you click on that block while holding another block then it will continue to spam that error message really fast and take up the entire left side of the screen. This happens in every dimension
