Custom skin not showing in multiplayer Bedrock 1.16.1

When I play LAN multiplayer with my sisters, I use a custom sling that I imported from an image. They use skins made in the character creator. From my device, an LG K20+ running Minecraft Bedrock 1.16.1, I see them using their skins, no problem. From their screens, though, (Lenovo tablet running Minecraft Bedrock 1.16.1 and an HP laptop running Windows 10 Minecraft Bedrock 1.16.1) they can see each other wearing their normal skins, but the see me wearing the Steve skin. Here I have attached a screenshot from my device looking at them, my device in third-person front view (my skin looks normal), a screenshot from the Lenovo tablet (I'm wearing the Steve skin), and the image that I import as my skin.
