I owned my realm by the game since for 3 months ago. I downloaded a modified survival map to play, once I submitted on my realm, I used an x-ray pack to check if there was minerals generated, but when I tried to enter, a message saying "cant conect to the realm" appeared. I think I could be punished because its a server and I used x-ray, but Its MY OWN Realm! Now, I cant enter, but my friends can, at the beginning, the option of entering Realms is not avaiable for me, but then, my realm appears and when I click it, I just get kinda freezed and says "cant connect" or "error". I don't know what to do.

Me too. Sometimes I get the realm on the screen and I press (A), but then after about 2 minutes it kicks me back to the world screen and I says cannot connect to the realm. By the way it is my realm I own it.

However, this issue is Invalid.
Issues such as these are often due to a temporary service outage, and are handled by the team outside the bug tracker.
Watch Mojang Status for official announcements, or Downdetector for community reported outages.
If there is no general outage, please first try to verify that the problem is not with your local connection or network settings. Visit Minecraft Community Support for assistance.
You might also try to deactivate any VPN in use, and check your firewall settings. If your device supports mobile data, try switching to wifi. If possible, try using a different wifi network.
If you are still unable to access a paid service such as a realm or purchased content please contact Mojang Support.
