When I rode 500 meters from start to finish without leaving the minecart, and I didn’t get the achievement!!!!! Please fix it or else!

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. Have you tried attempting the achievement again? (There has been a bug where sometimes achievements are not completed when they are supposed to)
were you signed into the account with stable internet connection?
