Game crashes and shuts down every time after crafting items either on crafting table or in inventory. Issue first occurred on a new world but now happens on old worlds too. Creative mode works fine, this issue only happens on Survival, and on any craftable item (not tried them all but over 10 different items) then got fed up restarting game. Was working fine yesterday. Game and console not had any recent updates.
