the skin of zombie piglin in BE(minecraft for win10) is still that old one
and I don't use any resource packs or addons

I have the same problem, with no resource packs active, I still get the old skin for the pigman.
This includes pigman that have spawned new into the world via portal ticking.
Are you using any resource packs or addons.Â
