my son who is 7 cannot accept friend requests and I've been through microsoft family permissions, and I can't figure the stupid thing out so that he can play with others. He is on an IPHONE 6 the mobile app version.

I have a similar problem. I can actually play with friends at play/friends, but I can't recieve friend requests, because they simply don't pop up.
