[MCPE-9151] Trees producing little to no saplings.

After the update of 11.0 I noticed trees did not seem to be spawning saplings. Little to none. It seems very rare now. This makes farming trees impossible.

I can confirm this. I might get 1 sapling per 5 trees. Playing on IPhone 6, 11.1

When I was reporting this, it wouldn't let me select 0.11.1 as a version. Said it did not exist. So I chose what I could.

Does Mojang see these? Because I really hope this gets fixed. I've seen others complain about this, but not on official sites.
