Sometimes my game will crash when I open my inventory. It has been happening since the 1.16 Nether Update.

I have a friend who tries to join a friend's realm, according to my friend she says that when she tries to enter she is left loading "Entering the World Building terrain ", is there any solution which she hasn't tried yet? She erased data, she rebooted her mobile, she uninstalled minecraft and then she installed it, optimized her ram, erased some things, I even asked my friends to reboot the Realm and they did it and she still keeps charging when she enters, it happened on Monday 07/13/20 10 PM At night while she was playing on the realm at that time, she took out a poster and wrote, after that the game took her out of the realm saying "A connection error occurred" In the version 1.16.1 Of minecraft bedrock.
I am windows 10, minecraft crashing as it opens or i can manage to play a little and crashes when opening the inventory
