Baby zombies / Baby zombie pigmen can ride other mobs for no reason!

Baby zombies can mount all mobs, they are supposed to mount adult chickens only!

To reproduce:
1: Spawn a baby zombie.
2: Spawn another mob like cow.
3: It rides on it!
4: Bug appeared!
