I lost all my friends

On my Nintendo switch Minecraft Ive lost all my Microsoft Friends! All of them have been unfriended! This is really annoying as now I must add them all back! I think This is a issue with Minecraft because we're still friends on xbox! Please fix this I don't want it to happen again.
