[MCPE-92514] Every time I get a creeper to kill a skeleton, I only get the music disc, "Cat"

I have attempted to get music discs multiple times by having a skeleton kill a creeper, with the natural resource pack active, and every time I have gotten the same music disc, "Cat" by c418.
