[MCPE-92520] Keyboard doesn't work in Minecraft Windows 10 edition

The keyboard has completely stopped working in minecraft windows 10 edition. I would like to know what this is related to, and how it can be fixed. (everything works in all other apps and games)

I regularly have the problem that the game freezes when writing on signs or in the chat. Annoying and only fixable with a hard game restart.

I can't use it at all. I can't walk, open inventory, or even go to the menu using esc

This happens to me to I can't do anything with the keyboard but the mouse still works and the spacebar

Edit: re-install the game and it should work it will reset your worlds tho

the same thing is happening to me but re-installing the game didn't work, any possible solutions?

edit: the xbox controller works, so literally the only thing that doesnt work is the keyboard
