I heard cave sound many times and I can not turn them off, before 1.16.1 I did not hear anything from cave sounds on Playstation 4. It happens when I am playing my server or on my friend server.

We're actually already tracking this issue at MCPE-85440, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.
That ticket has already been resolved as working as intended, which means this is not considered a bug and won't be fixed. Please do not leave a comment on the linked ticket.

I think this is because I think cave sounds were only added in 1.16. I do not know if you can turn them off in settings, but I know that.
