I created portal A, in the nether. I didn't like it's location (under a lava lake) so I traveled back to the overworld destroyed portal A and moved to a new location to create portal B. When I traveled through portal B it transported me back to the same location in the nether, under the lava lake. I went back through, repeated the process, moved to the other side of my map and created portal C. When I traveled through portal C it brought me to the same location in the nether except when I tried to travel back to the overworld it took me back to where I made portal A. I then destroyed Portal A again, traveled back to portal C and when I went through again it took me to portal A. It just keeps spawning this same portal over and over in my overworld. I am so confused 😐

I have the same issue, and if its about linking portals, how do you do that then

plus sometimes when i leave the portal, it takes me somewhere else completely and i spawn in a different area with NO portal

We're tracking this issue as MCPE-39609 which has been resolved as "Working as Intended", this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
There are some intricacies to portal linking that can sometimes be misinterpreted as a bug. The mod team here as well as Mojang have done significant testing based on the reports that have been made and are unable to reproduce unexpected behaviour.
