[MCPE-93188] When I put in a seed and load the world, the seed is changed every time. Is this a bug or is it a game feature?

This bug is becoming very annoying since I can't choose what type of world I would like to spawn into. As far as I know of this only affects Pocket Edition but it may affect the other versions.

Is this still an issue in 1.16.201? If so, could you post one of the seeds you've tried?
