Are you using a powered rail or an activator rail?

I am using powered rails. I tried this bug out on multiple survival worlds, even tried in creative.

Are you using any addons/texture packs?
If you use an activator rail instead does it act like a powered rail?

Game is running on a fresh install of Windows 10 on a computer I got TODAY. Downloaded from the Windows Store. No addons OR texture/behavior packs.

Can you post an image/video to demonstrate
