If a villager is traded with it will not lock its profession. If it’s profession changes then it’s new profession will be it’s locked profession. Example: I traded rotten flesh with a Cleric. The villager then switched to a cartographer. The cartographer is it’s new locked profession even though I traded with it when it was a cleric
