I have had a villager in a fully enclosed building with an iron door that were there for multiple nights and then all of the sudden disappeared. This happened on two separate occasions. I also had a village nearby my base that all the villagers despawned out of, then I moved some villagers in a bred them to repopulate the village. The same night all 3 of those villagers despawned as well. I know spawning in bedrock is broken. This make the game no enjoyable to be honest. Thanks for your time.
