Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Underwater Monument x3721 z167
2. Throw trident (impaling, loyalty, unbreaking, mending enchantments) at elder guardian (top of monument)
3. Throw trident 4 times or hit elder guardian with netherrite sword (looting, power 5, unbreaking, mending enchantments)
Observed Results: Minecraft Bedrock v1.16.100.50 crashes, see attached video.
Expected Results: Elder guardian is killed and game play continues.

This killed a guardian farm i was going to make. Due to me not being able to kill them, it ruins that. I hope this gets more attention.
It seems the crash only happens when killing the elder guardian in Survival mode.
