For some reason when usinv the hyphae version of the Crimson stem it acts like it will place then wont place. You cant open anything when its in your hand and cant even drop it out of your inventory piece by piece. We have to go clear our hand or go into inventory to remove the blocks. We make another stack and they work until we break one block with an enchanted netherite axe and it re-glitches all over again.
