skin glitch on slim arm skins

When I open skin in minecraft the skin has faults in it/ hasn’t been imported accurately. Below I’ll attach photos of what it should look like versus what it looks like when I opened in minecraft. It only seems to affect slim armed skin and I’ve tried importing skins from different places like skinseed or websites but when I open the skin up in minecraft the skin has faults in it no matter where I got the skin..

below there are three photos, the single image where it shows front and back of skin is what it should look like. The other two images are when imported/opened in minecraft and you’ll see the skin looks slightly different/ parts misplaced.

And this problem is with every slim arm skin I import, on some skins the misplacing is more obvious and vice versa.
