Music Discs Disappearing

I use a redstone powered jukebox to play discs in my base on a Realm. The particular setup I use requires three or more discs to function. I generally keep one of each disc in the machine and the use of droppers ensures a shuffle effect. The patch seems to have disrupted this in some way. The machine works fine for about an hour and then stops. Considering it should never stop I investigate to find that all but 1-3 of the discs are completely gone, no where to be found. I’ve refilled multiple times to find that this is a persistent problem.
