Distorted Sky Lightning with Night Vision in the End

I was just in the end and I decided to drink a night vision potion and the sky also the void went distorted when I got the night vision effect.

What I expected :

Well I expected what the night vision actually does because it's a little bit dark in the end

What actually happened :

Yes it's bright but the sky went distorted and ended up making it worse.

Steps to reproduce :

1. Go to the end dimension

2. Drink a night vision potion or get a night vision effect

3. The sky went distorted when the night vision effect appears
