[MCPE-95152] Sail the seven seas achievement

When completing the ‘sail the seven seas’ achievement is once again broken and won’t track your progress or give the achievement

We're actually already tracking this issue at MCPE-87865, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.

The issue with the progress not being tracked is working as intended per MCPE-34149.
