When wearing elytra, when a player is joining the world, the elytra will turn invisible
Update: I have only seen this issue occur with players joining through PSN rather than LAN, either that or this bug has been fixed in 1.16.20.

I can’t tell if they were using a cape at all as I couldn’t see anything, and sorry for the late response
