[MCPE-95394] /scoreboard command description not translated to Brazilian Portuguese on chat

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type the /scoreboard command with the game on Brazilian Portuguese
2. The text "Tracks and displays scores for various objectives" is in English

Observed Results:
The explanation of the command wasn't translated to the language that was set on the Language Settings.

Expected Results:
The text should be translated to match the language that was set on the Language Settings

this bug should affect all devices since it is a .lang file

I found the problem in the game files, the commands.scoreboard.description in the pt_BR.lang file was in English. Here I have attached a new copy of the

[media]

that fixes this bug.
