Zoglins missing sounds

When zoglins are chasing after mobs they should have a angry sound but it does not play.
Steps to reproduce
1.) Spawn in a Zoglin
2.) Spawn in a mob a zoglin will attack

expected result
Zoglins should have an angry sound while chasing the mob

observed result
Zoglins do not have an angry sound
