After the 1.16.2 update, I experienced this scrolling issue. It feels like scrolling down and scrolling up at the same time, making this feel inconvenient when navigating in game menus.

This issue seems to have been fixed by itself. I just restarted the game. If the issue persists, I'll just send an update to this bug report.
