[MCPE-95752] My Minecraft Bedrock 1.16.10 won't load

On Monday 9th March 2020, Minecraft Bedrock on my Windows 10 Pro computer wasn't loading it got stuck this point, the top lines still move but the bottem doesn't, please help me with this.
