so basically i cant hear any sounds normally because they are all high pitched ringing and i dont know how to fix it... i have tried reinstalling it multiple times and it didnt get fixed

the issue was with my sound driver, it was not with the game itself... my sound driver had a few issues back then. now its fixed and has been fixed for a while
