[MCPE-9653] Hostile mob spawn eggs work even if your difficulty is peaceful

If you have your difficulty set to peaceful you can still use Hostile mob spawn eggs.

It is a bug because some hostile eggs work in Peaceful and some don't.

Which hostile? The only one I can comfirm that doesn't is the magma cube.

Because this report Minecraft Pocket Edition & Windows 10 Beta EditionMCPE-9629 was the same as yours and was comfirm by a worker that this is intended.
