so in creative sometimes you put things in a crafting table or your crafting slot and it glitches this happends with banners or other things this is an umbrella of issues i first noticed this when i was making a banner it was a green dye getting stuck on the top middle slot of a crafting table i just had to go in and out of the world to fix it then i got neterthit ingot stuck in my 4x4 craftign slot im assuming other items would get stuck as well i cant show this error because i whent out of the world again
