This is still a bug as of 0.12.1 build 4.
There is two classes of mundane potions.One maked with redstone and water and another maked with Ghast Tear,
Glistering Melon,
Blaze Powder,
Magma Cream,
Sugar,
Spider Eye,
or
Rabbit's Foot and water
@Nikola Bojanic Mundane potion is just a simple item name with no extra details. There shouldn't be 2 of them. Even in PC, creative inventory displays just one item called Mundane potion and one Mundane splash potion.
