[MCPE-96938] Rabbits are extremely slow all of a sudden

All of a sudden after updating to 1.16.20 all rabbits in my survival world act like they are inside of cobwebs and are super easy to catch.

What I expected:

Rabbits are fast and hard to kill

What happened:

Rabbits are now the slowest mob in the game

Steps to reproduce:

Create a survival world with cheats off

Look for rabbits

They are all of a sudden slow
